MEGA eG is a cooperative with more than 130 locations throughout Germany and an online shop. The company was founded in 1901 in Hamburg-Altona by craftsmen initially as a purchasing association. Nowadays the MEGA eG has grown from 45 members in 1901 to more than 6,000 members and became the largest handicraft-own assortment wholesale dealer for the painter, floorer and stucco plasterer. The full range includes products from the areas of paints, varnishes and glazes, insulation systems and plasters, construction chemicals and building protection, floor coverings, wall coverings, machines and tools. These include the most important industrial brands in the sector as well as MEGA brand products developed specifically for the professional usage.
