Our company is equipped with fiber puffing machines, Italian water punching lines for leather ,coating lines, printing machines,spraying machines and so on. The raw materials used are mainly leather cuttings and scrapes from leather factories and luggage 、shoes、 car seat cover and sofa factories.The production process is to get long fibers from leather cuttings and scrapes firstly, then punch them to leather base by water, following that,we coat DMF free PU on it, finally we get finished bovine fiber leather. It is mainly used in shoes, luggage, sofa and car seat cover,In this way,we succeed in realizing the recycling of materials!
