Hot dip galvanized welded steel pipe
Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) Steel Pipe is manufactured by straight seam welding of carbon steel strips, then treated with hot-dip galvanizing process. The whole pipe is immersed in high-temperature molten zinc to form a tight anti-corrosion zinc coating on both inner and outer walls.
Our galvanized pipes strictly implement GB/T3091, EN10255, ASTM A53, BS1387 standards, fixed length commonly 6 meters, available with threaded ends or plain ends. Widely applied in construction scaffolding, fire protection piping, water supply & drainage, agricultural greenhouse frameworks, municipal engineering, gas delivery and steel structure projects.
Hot Dip Galvanized Seamless Pipe
Hot Dip Galvanized Seamless Steel Pipe is produced via hot piercing and cold drawing to create seamless tubing free of weld seams, followed by hot-dip galvanizing. Its seamless structure avoids welding defects including weld cracks and leakage. Equipped with internal and external hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion layers, the pipe delivers excellent pressure resistance and rust protection.
Manufactured in accordance with GB/T8163, ASTM A53, ASTM A106 and EN10216 standards, it is extensively adopted in high-pressure fluid conveyance, petroleum, chemical engineering, fire protection projects, high-pressure water supply, underground anti-corrosion pipelines and mechanical structural applications.
