Surgsci focuses on core technologies and innovative applications in minimally invasive surgery. With a research and development team of more than 70 professionals, over 50% of whom hold master’s or doctoral degrees, the company has established three major technology platforms covering medical metallic materials, polymer materials, and artificial intelligence algorithms, forming two core business lines in surgical instruments and surgical consumables. The company has successfully overcome key technological challenges in high-performance medical titanium alloy materials, advanced piezoelectric ceramic materials, and intelligent ultrasonic high-frequency surgical system algorithms. Leveraging these innovations, Surgsci has launched intelligent ultrasonic high-frequency surgical systems as well as a series of innovative implantable and interventional surgical consumables. At present, the company leads and participates in several major national and regional projects, including key R&D programs under China’s Ministry of Science and Technology, key technology initiatives of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, and innovation projects for biomedical materials under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
