The information obtained digitally from site will include, geolocation, Road name, Restriction Type (if necessary), Text field for the description of the issue, date and time to be auto logged with a photo upload facility. These reports from onsite feed into a digitised workflow to be processed in real time by the Highways team ensuring the correct allocation of maintenance jobs to promote their swift conclusion. Status reporting on all ongoing and completed works, performance reporting and search function. The contractor uploads reports of completed works facilitating a full audit trail within the module allowing authorisation of contractor invoices.
