Mitsui Fudosan is engaged in initiatives such as collaborating with LINK-J, one of Japan’s largest life science communities, developing environments that foster innovation, and providing funding support to startups and venture companies.
As part of our efforts to create innovation hubs, we currently operate eight BSL-2 compliant rental wet lab facilities under the “Mitsui Link Lab” brand across central Tokyo, Kashiwanoha, and Osaka, with many additional projects in development.
These dedicated laboratory facilities provide experimental environments that are difficult to accommodate in conventional office buildings, helping to generate a wide range of innovations.
