It is one of the largest companies in the UK specializing in large fabrication and heavy machining, serving the oil and gas, subsea, renewable energy, and maritime industries. With three dedicated machine shops covering an area of some 30,000 sq feet 3Ks Engineering Co have an excellent diverse machining capacity, our machine shops cranage capacity of 20 tonnes also allows ease of handling large components. Competing in the modern day engineering environment 3Ks has facilities for performing profiling, rolling, drilling and of course welding. Working to customers or 3Ks weld procedures, all our welders are certificated to B.S EN 287 and BS EN ISO 9606-1, ASME IX and AWS D1.1 (6G) covering a wide range of steels such as carbon and alloy steels, nickel alloys and non ferrous materials.
