The Belfarmprom holding was created in pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated July 25, 2017 No. 258 “On the holding for the production of pharmaceutical products” on August 25, 2017. The management company of the holding is the republican unitary enterprise “Management Company of the Holding Belfarmprom”. The Belpharmprom holding unites 9 organizations - members of the holding: the republican unitary production enterprise "Belmedpreparaty", the open joint-stock company "Borisov Medical Preparations Plant", the open joint-stock company "Nesvizh Medical Preparations Plant", the open joint-stock company "Ekzon", the republican unitary production enterprise "Minskinterkaps", the joint open joint-stock company "Ferein", the republican unitary enterprise “Scientific and Practical Center “Lotios”, production unitary enterprise “Frebor”, as well as the Management Company itself. Cooperation agreements have been concluded with 22 organizations involved in the production of medicines.
