Xartec Salut is a collaborative network led by the Institute for Research and Innovation in Health (IRIS) at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya · BarcelonaTech UPC. It brings together 122 research groups from 32 institutions, with the collaboration of 19 entities, including research centers, universities, hospitals, and companies across Catalonia. We work to foster and accelerate the transfer of medical technologies from research to the market, with the aim of delivering real impact for society. This is made possible through the creation of a strong, interconnected ecosystem that brings together researchers, healthcare centres, companies, patient associations, and public administrations, all working towards the shared goal of generating social and economic impact within the healthcare system.
