In June 2021, the commercial start of production of Microvette® and Microvette® APT capillary blood collection systems took place at the new Sarstedt plant in St. Petersburg. Microvette® capillary blood collection systems from Sarstedt are registered in the Register of Russian Manufacturers. Now they are officially recognized as Russian-made products manufactured at the Sarstedt LLC plant in St. Petersburg. Microvette® APT systems are the first Russian product for capillary blood collection with the possibility of automated sample processing. Currently, preparations are underway to launch this product on foreign markets; registration certificates have already been received in a number of countries, for example, in Japan and Kazakhstan.
