AIBTRUST Inc. is an Osaka-University-originated healthtech venture founded in December 2023. Our mission is to build the era in which patients own their own data — starting from Japan — by creating a patient-sovereign medical data circulation ecosystem. CEO Koichi Morioka is the former Vice President of Facebook Japan and former Executive Officer of LINE Yahoo Japan. CTO Yuki Nakatake is a former Senior Solutions Architect at AWS. The company has raised JPY 300 million in total from OUVC (Osaka University Venture Capital), and operates from its headquarters at Grand Green Osaka and a Tokyo branch in Roppongi. We offer five integrated products:
1) Health Interview — an HL7 FHIR-compliant SaaS for hospitals and clinics, featuring AI-driven patient interviews, automatic SOAP-note generation, RAG over hospital knowledge bases, and dynamic consent.
2) MediReco — a patient-facing digital medical wallet app integrated with Japan's My Number Card, rewarding patients with points for consenting to share their data.
3) Health Marketplace — a B2B Real-World Data (RWD) marketplace for pharma and research institutions, fully based on patient consent.
4) AI-MR — an AI agent for pharmaceutical companies that automates physician detailing and transforms registry economics.
5) AI Iyoku — a virtual specialty-care service combining AI with remote specialist physicians, delivering specialty capabilities to regional hospitals. We are a selected participant in METI's Go-Tech Program, a member of a Cabinet Office research committee, and an Expo 2025
