Norlink is an association that brings together stakeholders from the transport and logistics sector in the Hauts-de-France region: ports, infrastructure operators, rail and inland waterway operators, public institutions, shippers, and more. The association’s goal is to promote ports and encourage modal shift towards rail and inland waterways. To this end, we organize a wide range of initiatives aimed at promoting and developing the multimodal offer in the Hauts-de-France region.
