About
The Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park “Great Stone” is a special economic zone with preferential treatment and a simplified system of doing business, advantageously located 25 km from the capital of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk. All the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure has been created on the territory of the park, tax, customs and other benefits apply, and a unique service for servicing companies “One Station” operates, which allows solving all administrative and other necessary procedures. It is possible to purchase a plot of land as private property. One of the priority directions for the development of the park is the production of medical devices and medicines and the provision of medical services using innovative methods. The park allows the provision of medical services using medicines, medical devices and treatment methods not registered in Belarus, subject to permits from countries with a strong regulatory system in the field of healthcare. In this case, a license from the Ministry of Health is not required - permission from the park administration is sufficient. Special preferences have also been created to attract foreign specialists. The time frame for state registration of medical devices and confirmation of registration of medicines has been reduced.
