Osaka Keisatsu Hospital is an advanced acute-care general hospital operated by the Social Medical Corporation Osaka International Medical & Science Center (OIM). Located in Tennoji-ku, Osaka City, the hospital has served as a cornerstone of regional healthcare since its founding in 1937. In January 2025, it relocated and integrated into a newly built facility, launching a new chapter as a Smart Hospital.
With 650 licensed beds — including 28 ICU, 28 HCU, and 9 SCU beds — the hospital is designated as a tertiary emergency medical institution and disaster base hospital by Osaka Prefecture. It houses more than 30 specialized centers covering gastroenterology, cardiology, neuroscience, and oncology, and is equipped with three da Vinci robotic surgery systems, MRI, CT, and PET-CT. Classified under the DPC Special Hospital Group and designated as a clinical training hospital by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, it stands as one of the most advanced medical institutions in the Osaka region.
