McGregor Bay Marina is in the KAWARTHAS South of Peterborough with a location on both Rice Lake And Eels Lake. We specialize in selling and servicing Tohatsu outboards. These Japanese work horses are manufactured and assembled and shipped to North America. Recently we have taken on the sale of Marlon welded all aluminum utility deep v boats and jon boats. I started using Tohatsu outboards (then branded Nissan) as rental units for Highland View Resort as far back as 1986/87. I was so impressed with the product that I approached Bernie Lafrance and took over the distributor ship. 34 years later we are still servicing Rice Lake, the Kawarthas and beyond as far north as the Haliburton’s and south to Lake Ontario. These motors are a favourite with cottagers, anglers, sailors and hunters. We are still a small one trick pony and the stallion in the stable is the Tohatsu brand of outboards. If they can stand up to the abuse of day tripper and cottage renters, which they do, they are keepers! That is why we sell to Cottage Resorts for their rental units. Why?
