Our company has invented a new type of saw blade with a clamped, coated, multi-corner turning cutter head. When one corner of the cutter head on the blade becomes dull, you only need to loosen the screw and rotate the cutter head to another corner to continue using it. Compared to traditional welded cutter head saw blades, its lifespan is increased by 10 to 50 times. Additionally, the cutter head can undergo coating processing before the saw blade is installed, doubling its service life.
